About

I’m a mom of two and a volunteer doula, passionate about helping women approach birth with confidence instead of fear. The Birth Box was created from my own experience of bringing intention, peace, and support into the birthing space—something I now believe every family deserves access to.

The Birth Box Story

Our first son was born in May 2020, during a time when the world felt incredibly heavy. The rules around birth—what it looked like, who could be present—were constantly changing.

When we spoke to other parents about their birth stories, so many of them carried a tone of trauma. It began to feel like birth itself was something to endure… and if you were lucky, you brought home a healthy baby.

But I wanted more than that. I needed more than that.

Our son was our rainbow baby. In the middle of a dark and uncertain time, all we wanted was to bring love, peace, and kindness into the room where he would enter the world.

It started simply—coloring birth affirmations with my mother and sister during the pandemic. They couldn’t be there with us, but their presence still filled the room through those words we hung on the walls. And somehow, that absence transformed into something unexpectedly beautiful.

Even now, as the world has returned to “normal” in many ways, we carry that experience with us. Those small, intentional touches helped create a birthing space filled with love, laughter, and peace.

And that’s what The Birth Box is here to offer.

Because birth is already powerful.
But with the right support, intention, and environment—it can also be peaceful.
